All Participants
Please register at the registration desk on Wednesday between 09:00 and 09:30. Participants arriving later may register during the coffee or lunch breaks.
Badges must be worn at all times during the conference. If entering the conference room during a session, please use the rear left entrance to minimize disruption.
Drinks from the coffee breaks are not permitted inside the conference room.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment or discriminatory behaviour of any kind is not tolerated.
Please note that photographs may be taken during the event for communication purposes.
For
Speakers
Please consult conference programme to confirm the date and time of your talk.
Each speaker is allocated 18 minutes, including discussion. Speakers are kindly asked to present for no more than 15 minutes to allow approximately 3 minutes for questions.
Presentations must be uploaded via ConfTool by Monday, 23 March 2026.
To upload your file, log into your ConfTool account (https://www.conftool.com/safjr2026/) and select Your Submissions in the main menu, and click Final Upload. Please upload your presentation in PDF format. A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended. All technical equipment (laptop, microphone, laser pointer, etc.) will be provided.When preparing your slides, please ensure that technical terminology and mathematical concepts beyond basic survival analysis are clearly explained to a junior audience.
For
Poster Presenters
Please consult conference programme to confirm the date and time of your poster session.
Each presenter will be provided a poster board accommodating a maximum A0 poster (portrait orientation). Posters must be printed in one piece and brought to the conference. We are not able to print posters onsite. Mounting materials will be provided.
Posters should be mounted on the board displaying your assigned poster number before your session begins and removed immediately after the session ends.
During the session, presenters should remain near their posters to discuss their work.
Posters should prioritize visual elements (figures, graphs, or diagrams) with minimum text. The title, author name(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
When preparing your poster, please ensure that technical terminology and mathematical concepts beyond basic survival analysis are clearly explained to a junior audience.
